This spacious, reverse floor plan offers room for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. The lower level of the home offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for guests. One bedroom serves as a comfortable queen suite with its own private bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat for relaxation. A small desk and chair are provided, offering a quiet and comfortable space for checking emails, journaling, or catching up on a bit of work during your stay. The remaining two bedrooms are designed as fun and functional bunk rooms, perfect for kids or additional guests, and are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This well-planned layout makes it easy for everyone to spread out while still enjoying a comfortable and connected stay. Each bedroom offers ceiling fans, ample storage, and easy deck access.

The home has several smart televisions throughout - just bring your own streaming credentials and log in to enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and binge-worthy series during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease—whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a full family dinner. There is a washer/dryer and ALL bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own pool & beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guests are responsible for providing more if needed.

HOUSE RULES:

**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
