Designed for both relaxation and connection, this home features spacious living areas filled with natural light and panoramic views from nearly every window. The fully stocked kitchen is designed to make dining in effortless. Featuring modern appliances and all the essentials you need, it’s perfect for everything from quick beach snacks to full family meals. You’ll find cookware, utensils, and plenty of dishware to accommodate your group, along with conveniences like a blender, toaster and coffee maker to start your mornings right. Whether you're preparing fresh local seafood or gathering around for a casual meal, this kitchen offers both functionality and comfort for every stay.

Step out onto the expansive back deck, perched right over the ocean, where the sights and sounds of the waves create the perfect coastal backdrop. Start your mornings with a breathtaking sunrise over the water, spend your afternoons unwinding with a good book and salty breeze, and gather in the evenings to dine al fresco with meals fresh off the grill. Whether you’re soaking in the views or simply relaxing, this outdoor space is designed for making unforgettable beachside memories. A convenient beach path is located just behind the house for easy shoreline access; however, this area is a designated no-swim zone, and safer swimming conditions can be found further south along the beach. With direct beach access just steps away, your days can be spent soaking up the sun, shell hunting, or enjoying long walks along the shoreline.

The home features four comfortably appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and relaxation after a day at the beach. The upper-level primary suite serves as a true retreat, complete with a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and access to their own balconies—perfect for winding down in the evening. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests. Together, these inviting spaces provide the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for families and groups alike.

Pack light for your stay. There is a washer/dryer and all bed linens and towels are provided. Please note, guests are responsible for providing their own beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guests are responsible for providing more if needed.

House Rules:
**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
