The first level offers comfortable accommodations for guests looking for a little extra privacy. Here you'll find a spacious king bedroom and a beautifully appointed queen bedroom that share a full hallway bathroom. A full-size laundry room is also conveniently located on this level, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Please note, that all bed and bath linens are included however, guests are responsible for providing their own beach and pool towels. (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

An additional king bedroom and a fun bunk room with two bunk beds are also located on this floor and share a full hallway bathroom, making it an ideal setup for families traveling with children. Inlet Shores Property Management provides guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guests are responsible for providing more if needed.

- Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete
- Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit
