Relish the dual ocean and sound views from the four decks and unleash your culinary skills in the fully stocked and updated kitchen. Start your day with coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and spend your afternoons swimming, searching for shark teeth, or lounging on the pristine beaches.

The ground floor features a small room equipped with beach gear, a basketball game and a dart board, ensuring fun for everyone. On the second floor, you’ll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Wake up to tranquil sound views from the serene primary suite. Enjoy the comfort of a queen bed, cool breeze from the ceiling fan, and your own smart TV for winding down. Slide open the door to your private sound side deck—an ideal spot for quiet sunset moments. The ensuite bath features double sinks and a walk-in shower. Located at the front of the house are two additional bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a twin bunkbed, perfect for the kids! Both rooms offer ocean views and access to the oceanfront deck. Head upstairs to the updated kitchen and gather together in the large family room. Soaked in natural light, this beautifully decorated room is the heart of the home. Enjoy comfortable seating, stylish coastal decor, and sweeping views of the sound through the large, glass sliders. Whether you’re gathering for movie night or relaxing with a good book, this bright and airy space offers the perfect backdrop for making memories. The top floor presents an additional bedroom with a king-sized bed and an additional twin bed with trundle. This room offers exceptional ocean views as well as a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. With the ocean on one side, the sound on the other, and comfort all around, Bay Breeze is your ideal home base for a laid-back coastal getaway.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the house and all bed and bath linens are provided. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels.
(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay. Guests will be responsible for purchasing their own supplies once the starter items run out.

House Rules:
**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $200 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
